I live above a star and yet I never burn
Ihave eleven neighbors and yet none of them turn
I am visited in sequence first, last, or in between
PRS (sometime Q) are my initials
Now tell me who I am? :)

You are the number 7 on the telephone keypad.
The "7" key is above the "*" key, and has "PQRS" letters on it. Some have the "Q" letter, some don't.
And yes, you are the "7" key on the telephone keypad.
