1. How do you understand brain drain? Brain Circulation?
2. What are the causes of brain drain? And what are the consequences?
3. What is the situation of brain drain in Vietnam?
4. What recommendations (policies) can be made to keep talents from going out of the country?
5. If you had the opportunity to study abroad, what would your choice be after your graduation? Stay there or come back?
6. There's growing concern of brain drain in Vietnam, with statistics showing as many as 70 per cent of students who study overseas do not return home after their graduation. Why does this happen? What do you think about the recent 322 scandal?

1. Brain circulation is the phenomenon that the talents who have gone out of the countries to search for better opportunities now coming back to invest and help their countries. What Vietnamese government should do to encourage this phenomenon.
