Soft skills relate to a person’s EQ that enhance an individual’s interactions, job performance and career prospects. Beside hard skills, soft skills play an important part in success of people. It is not enough to be highly trained in technical skills, without developing the softer, interpersonal and relationship – building skills that help people to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Part 1: Warm up (15 minutes)
Part 2: Free talk (35 minutes)
1. How do you understand about soft skills? Why are soft skills significant?
2. List some soft skills that you think they are important? Why?
3. “If your soft skills are low, your value is also low.” Is this true or not?
4. Which soft skills do you think that you are lacking? Have you ever made any plan to improve these skills?
5. “Your soft skills decide your success in both your career and your daily life”. What do you think about this opinion?
Part 3: Presentation and Q&A (20 minutes)
Part 4: Group (40 minutes)
Each group creates a role play about one of the soft skills: positive thinking, communication and presentation skills, team work and time management skills.
