Hi
I think the easies way is just buying an ENGLISH STUDY CD (software) and setting it up into ur PC.
With this software u can practise listening to E in many mode: Listen only, listen and check, Listen and Read..
Have u ever tried?

i think to have skill listening good. we need study other way follow as:
