IELTS WRITING: Nature or Nurtue? (Bẩm sinh hay nuôi dưỡng?)
BẨM SINH HAY NUÔI DƯỠNG?
Nature or nurture
Are identical twins born with the same abilities and characteristics? Are they equally successful in their later life? These questions baffle a lot of us, and scientists have carried studies on these issues for years. What they have found out may surprise us.
Though encoded with the same DNA card, identical babies still develop different traits of behavior and capacities as a result of their heterogeneous environment they are exposed. Different places of living, friends result in discrepancies in their lives, to a great extent. Gene is proved to have a partial say over someone’s destiny. Nothing is excluded in the process of upbringing of a child. Not a parent, not a relative, not a friend, not teacher, and not a touch of luck! Luck, the last but not least element, is often ignored when it comes to the make-ups of success.
Its power is undeniable; Albert Einstein Bill Gates could not have occupied positions on the world stage as now without being born at right place, in right time- the moment when technology dawned and when Newton laws were being questioned, leaving fertile grounds for them to explore unfamiliar territories. In a word, there are dozens of inputs that determine outputs of each person, yet its degree of influence might vary from this person to another, depending on how we lead our life after all, right? Let’s discuss which factor has the biggest say over your life?
