Hi,
I understand your situation and want to share with you. I think that you are in the ideal leaning evironment now, because Apollo is one of the best English center in Vietnam. But you also know that, your language only improved if you practice every day. So, what I want to talk to you is pracetice, practice and practice. You have to use all your oppotunity to speak, listen and read English. You also should make friend to those, who is good at English, or foreigners to lean English from them.
I hope you will find out the best way for your-self and get a lot of success.

Hey, buddy. 8 years is quite long time but not as long as me. I have been learning English for 14 years. You have conditions to learn English from Appolo center so try your best to talk with Native teacher as much as you can even if sometimes they dont understand you or sometimes you dont remember English words. The point what I am trying to say to you is: Never ever dumb in your class. Make conversation with your classmate and your teacher as well. If you dont know the word try to explain to teacher by describing in English. That is the best way to improve your skill speaking and listening. Obviously you pay money to get knowledge of English so you have to ask teacher because we pay for them to correct our mistakes. And dont be afraid of speaking wrong cause you are learning not teaching so you can allow yourself to make mistakes and dont be shy. The most important thing is you have to do all your homeworks and submit to teacher and he will correct to you. I dont think your homeworks are too hard to do. Trust me, this is the only way you can get English as much as possible.

Tôi thấy rất nhiều người đả đóng góp ý cho bạn, tuy nhiên mổi người mổi ý. Với tôi, tôi chỉ mong chia sẽ kinh nghiệm mà tôi đả bị ở lúc ban đầu rồi tuỳ bạn nghỉ cách nào thích hợp thì thực hành. Người Mỹ họ nói chuyện rất bình thường, không nhanh và không chậm, tuy nhiên tất cả mọi người trong chúng ta khi đàm thoại với nguời Mỹ, thường thì chúng ta khong "nghe kịp", hoặc không hiểu được hết ý. lý do là chúng ta khi nghe, chúng ta thường transfer từ English into Vietnamese, do đó nó mất rất nhiều thời gian và đó cũng là lý do chúng ta không "nghe kịp". Để tránh mistake đó tôi khuyên bạn nên learn English directly. thí dụ như: a table là a table bạn hảy sờ nó để khẳnng định nó là table chớ đừng bao giờ transfer nó là cái bàn. Ngoại trừ bạn phải transfer. Từ đó bạn sẽ save a lot of time and listen to người ngoại quốc easier.
