When I think of leader that I admire, a few well-known names definitely in my mind such are Sun Yetsun, Mao Zedong... But for me, the leader who impresses me most in my life is Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. He is the current premier of the People's Republic of China, serving as the head of the government and leading the State Council, China's Cabinet. A leader who is caring, determined and inspiring. Most important of all, he acts as a good example for me
He is caring. When catastrophe of SiChuan earthquake happened, he became a great hero of earthquake disaster. He is so caring for people. After hour of earthquake, the 65-year-old-man risked his life to showe up quickly at the site of disaster. Then, fighting through the rainy weather, following the muddy road and climbing up the rubble pile, he visited every disaster sites. He comforted injured and encouraged the victims that still trapped in the rubble. The disaster scences made him very sad. His sympathy helped people to weep and shared their misery.
He is determined. Premier Wen took charge of relief efforts. He gave no empty instructions and did him utmost to stop the disaster area continued to spread. He once said to survivors at the epicenter, Wenchuan: "The central government hasn't gotten about this place. We'll rescue those who are injured. If the roads are blocked, we'll use airplanes to lift them out". When the army proves to reach the disaster area, he still tried his best to make the process of disaster relief to be public. Otherwise there would be no saying of how long the disaster relief may has been delayed and as the disaster area continued to spread, it would people down. However, Pemier's Wen resolute voice made victims calm. Once, he yelled to be trapped school students firmly: "I'm grandpa Wen, you'll be rescued soon". Wen's familiar voice comforted the trapped students greatly. Besides, his inspiring spirit kept the whole nation together as well.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao is caring, determined and inspiring. China has united behind him to fight against the catastrophe in a well organized and efficient wạy This is what a leader should be. Therefore, he is a leader that I admire most.
