Dear Sontiny,
I know you just liked to tell Lovelycat which answers the verb "to make" should be used and which ones the verb "to do" should be used, but did not bother with the grammar part of it.
By the way, you're welcome!
Note: I know it could be a "typo". Howerver, please remember that "THANKS" always has to have an "S" at the end. "Thanks" and NOT "thank".

Hihi about your note, u was wrong. I have taken a look at my Cambrigde Dictionary and I see
--thank sb for sth
If u thank someone for something, u mean that they are responsible or to blame for it
Ex: You can thank John for the mess we're in
Besides, probably u see plenty of times about the phrase: Thank you very much in social conversation. It doesn't have the letter 's' at the end of 'thank'

Hi Sontiny,
In your context "THANKS" was used as an interjection and it is a plural noun which always has to be in PLURAL to express gratitude. When you use "THANK" as a verb, it then has to be conjugated.
Ex:
"THANKS" Sinnombre!
"THANKS" Sontiny, very much!
I "THANK" Sinnombre for his kindness.
Sinnombre "THANKS" Sontiny for his/her kind words.
See the difference?
Nice knowing you dear!!!
Note: By the way, u "WERE" wrong and NOT "was".

2) An expression of gratitude: gave thanks to God; a note of thanks to a contributor.

tr.v., thanked, thank·ing, thanks.

2)To hold responsible; credit: We can thank the parade for this traffic jam.

Thanks for correcting my mistake again. It seems to be u r very sure about the stuff. I surrender. By the way, U r very good at English so I wanna get acquainted with u. Will u? Would u mind giving ur nick to me. I really thank u if we can chat sometimes. Frankly, I like to learn E from some guys who have the same hobby like me. Anyway, it has been a pleasure knowing u. As I see in the thread so far, u r much better than me about grammar. So I am wondering about ur job. I guess u r either living at abroad or teaching E. Good to know it. To be honest, I am taking my hat off to u.

Dear Sontiny,
Please excuse me for having not replied earlier.
Sontiny dear, I honestly would not like to trouble you and truly would not like you to go out of your way to communicate with me through a third party. So! Should you have any difficulty with your learning English please post your questions here in this forum, and although I do not know everything I will try my best to answer your questions eh.
My best wishes to you and your family!
Regards,
