Hi nice to make friend with u. Firstly, in my opinion, the most important thing to understand the language is you have to build your vocabulary. If u have plenty of it, u wont feel difficult to get English Grammar. I also have some tips about learn new words in English that u spend only 2 or 3 hours everyday to read fairy tale or story for children, or you can watch some cartoons( it is better if it has English subtitle). Then try to look up some new words in English English dictionaries to get some example about how to use the words in context. Secondly, try pressing a button automatically pronunciation in the dictionaries, after that u should repeat the pronunciation. If u have load of English words, u had better learn English Grammar by English Books. I would rather be preferential English books than Vietnamese books. The next step will be practical by doing some tasks in the books and try writing some essays in English. Hopefully it will help u find a good way to learn the language more or less.
