1. Hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh chủ yếu của hãng là sản xuất mỹ phẩm.
The chiefly of business productive activity of firm is cosmetic production.
2. Chúng ta muộn 5 ngày so với kế hoạch. Vì vậy cần phải sắp xếp lại công việc để bù vào khoảng thời gian đã mất.
We were been late 5 days as the scheme. So we need arrange again to work add in the space of time we have lost.

The main business activity of the company/firm is cosmetic manufacturing.
2. Chúng ta muộn 5 ngày so với kế hoạch. Vì vậy cần phải sắp xếp lại công việc để bù vào khoảng thời gian đã mất.
The production was already 5 days behind our plan. Therefore, we need to rearrange our workload to make up for the lost time...

Ban co the giai dap cho minh hieu vì sao ở câu 1 lại dùng
manufacturing mà không dùng production.
Và sau need có được dùng "to" không, mình hơi băn khoăn.( hì ngữ pháp hơi yếu)

production hay manufacturing cùng đồng nghĩa, dùng cái nào cũng được. Noun: manufacturing The act of making something (a product) from raw materials "manufacturing is vital to Great Britain" Noun: production pru'dúkshun The act or process of producing something "Shakespeare's production of poetry was enormous"; "the production of white blood cells"
dùng "manufacturing" trong câu 1 và "production" trong cau 2 là tránh sự lập đi lập lại đó thoi...sợ làm người đọc "feel bored
Còn về NEED TO bạn tham khảo sau đây:
Need được dùng như động từ thường
a> Động từ theo sau need chỉ ở dạng nguyên thể khi chủ từ là một vật thể sống
I need to learn English
He needs to paint his house
b> Động từ theo sau ở dạng V-ing hoặc nó ở dạng bị động
- The grass needs cutting or The grass needs to be cut
- The television needs reparing or The television needs to be repared
- Notice : Need+ noun = to be in need of + noun
- John needs money = john is in need of money
2> Need được dung như trợ động từ
Chỉ có thề dung ở thể nghi vấn hoặc dung phủ định ở thì hiện tại. Ngôi số it không có”s” . Không dung với trợ động từ TO DO . Sau need(trợ động từ ) là một động từ bỏ TO
a>Ex: We needn’t reserve seats –there will be plenty of rooms---- Need I fill out the form?
b> Needn’t + have +pp = lẽ ra không cần phải
Ex: You needn’t have come so early
He needn’t have taken the umbrella
c> Needn’t = không cần phải
Ex: We needn’t hurry
===> Therefore, we need to rearrange our workload to make up for the lost time...
Do vậy phải dùng Need+to ===> cần phải làm gì

Hi Pinkpeal, Would you kindly explain clearly on manufacturing and production please? as I've though it would be difference between them two.
Manufacturing is to make a raw object become a products right?
and Product is also an item, which already made?

Complete each sentence with the correct form . In some cases you also have to use a prefix( dis, un, ir, mis, non, un)
1. Great works of art like the Monalisa are ……. ( price) Priceless.
2. I’m afraid you’ve ………. Me because that’s not what I meant ( understand) misunderstanding.
3. I’ve been a ……… since I had a heart attack( smoke) smoker
4. It’s a ….. doing business with you ( please) pleased
