I think you should repare some dialogue in your house. But that it must be the same the contents and the relate with your job. Although my English is very bad but I can help with everything I cant.

You can use some of these dialogs:
Hi, how are you today/tonight?
I am your waiter for tonight, is there anything I can get for you?
Would you like to hear our specialties?
Let me know if you need me
Would you like to see the wine list?
What can I get you to drink for tonight?
