NOMINATIVE ELEMENTS
VERBAL
1.GERUNDS(-ing form of the verb)

NOUN CLAUSES

THE FIVE PROPERTIES OF VERBS
- PERSON
1.a VERB is in the SAME PERSON as its subject:

1. A SINGULAR VERB requires a singular subject
A PLURAL VERB requires a plural subject.

B.when two singular subjects are connected by OR ,EITHER...OR,or NEITHER...NOR,the verb is singular.

D.the verb agrees with the nearer subject of a compound sentence which has
both a singular and a plural word joined by OR or NOR.

F.when the SUBJECT and the subjective complement(predicate adjectives,predicate nominatives that follow linking verbs and refer to the sunject)are different in number,the verb agrees with the subject.
G.the BOOKS that i received were the most appreciated.

3.when thu subject comes after the verb as in sentences begining with HERE IS,THERE IS,and WHERE IS,make sure that the verb agrees with the subject.

Thời gian qua,chúng mình biết nhau qua diễn đàn này...Mỗi lần chúng ta cùng nhau học tiếng anh,thật nhiều hứng thú và vui vẻ
Những lần chat với nhau như vậy,tạo cho chúng ta một tình bạn tốt đẹp hơn...Tôi cũng cảm ơn! Bạn thật nhiều...Và hôm nay mình được biết bạn có chuyện buồn,hiện giờ không biết bạn có ngủ được chưa?vì hồi nãy mình có nghe bạn nói: bạn cần suy nghĩ,và có cảm giác mệt mỏi vì những chuyện ngoài sức tưởng tượng xảy đến với bạn như vậy...Mình rất đồng cảm với bạn,hy vọng bạn sẽ sớm tìm lại niềm vui trong cuộc sống!
Có dịp mình sẽ chia sẻ với nhau nhiều hơn nhe!
