Some Problems about English..........
I know how you feel - I get confused after reading some grammar books, too!
1. If we say, "They go to London next week," we see the future event as occuring according to a timetable. Because of this it is commonly used when disscussing flights or people's schedules.
If we say, "They'll go to London next week." we are making a prediction about the future that we are sure about. (If we aren't sure we use 'may' or 'might' instead of 'will').
2. When we say that someone is being + adjective, we are emphasising that this is a temporary situation, not a permanent characteristic. So if I tell my daughter that she is being naughty, I mean that this is the case at the moment - I don't think that she is usually or always naughty.
We wouldn't say that someone 'is being talkative' because 'talkative' describes a 'permanent' characteristic.
'be going to do something' is the infinitive form. 'was/were going to do something' is the past simple form. We use the past form to refer to past plans that couldn't be done or didn't happen, as you say.
4. "Yesterday , you should have come to my house." means that you didn't come to my house yesterday, but I think it would have been better / good / right if you had.
5. 'do' can be added to imperatives for emphasis. We sometimes also use 'please' - Please do be on time - it's very important
6. I don't think that we would use 'should' or 'must' after 'suggest' in this case because they are redundant - the meaning is adequately conveyed by 'suggest'.
'I suggest that you be (or 'are') on time' is used in British English as well as American English.
7. Your two sentences have the same meaning. Although it seems odd, it is true that we use a past tense after the expression 'It's time + pronoun/noun'.
8.This is an example of old-fashioned English. We wouldn't use the form 'be' in this way in modern English.

Hinh như dạo này mọi ng\ lo chuận bị đón xuân,nên ít thấy nhiều về đề tài nào làm bài tập tiếng anh quá heng?
Nếu ai sưu tầm đưọc những bài tập nào,thì gủi lên cho mọi ng\ cùng làm với....."vì trước đây hoaiphuong cũng đã nhiều lần tìm và gửi những bài tập lên cho các bạn thi nhau làm rồi
Bây giờ gợi ý xem ai có bài tập tiếng anh nào hay hay chia sẻ và cùng nhau vừa làm ,vừa sửa cho vui. Ít nhiều cũng gặt hái được nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc trao dồi tiếng anh?
