For a long time,i didn't join here but i do love this forum so much.I think this is a place for people help each others to improve their English skill,this is also a solution for people who have not enough money to be in some English centre to study English(Now the price for learning English is really expensive).You can stay at your home and learn English by yourself with an Internet Connection.You can join to some English forum like this to study.There are lot of people here can help you when you have some questions and need answers.
you will get more and more benefit if you know how to learn by yourself.
For listening and speaking skill,there isn't another way but practice.You can visit http://www.voaspeicalenglish.com and listen to their news.They read the news in very simple vocabulary and slower speed than normal.That's what i did and i think it's really effective to me.
Some English Speaking Club is another solution for you,for examples,in Vinh where i am living in,we organize a speaking club for everybody to be there and practice their listening and speaking skill.The benefits will be taken from the other members,we help each others to be progressive together.
These are my some experiences in my studying,i hope it can help you something in your studying.
