chao ban , minh la thanh vien moi cua dien dan, minh da doc cac bai cua ban va minh thay kha nang tieng anh cua ban cung kha, minh co viec nay nho ban translater to english giup minh nhe:

Dear Sir!
I am in a position of a representative for all the workers who are working in the Pebsteel factory; kindly state their expectations as following:
Everybody needs a job for living, but their monthly income hasn't met the needs indeed. The cost of living is too high as compared to their income. Therefore it may lead embarrassed, discouraged in their performance of work and the unstable spirits will give poor efficiency of production and quality as well. Moreover, the working area is harmful, a lot of experienced workers already left, thus our factory is the same as a training school. Personally I think that I fully agree with close management; however we should apply an incentive scheme, promote the income for them to keep their mind for the production. Actually their income is much lower than costs of their living. There are some strikes in the another factory due to low salary, which will have a serious impact to our company, if it happens at the end of the project, our company will have to suffer significant losses and prestige of our company will be declined.
